Organisational info

• Where can I find all logistics and organisational information on how to connect, what the exact schedule is, etc?

  You will get an email with all the information you’ll need at the conference about 2-3 days before the event & we'll duplicate the message on the day of the conference before the stream.

  If you didn't receive the email, please check your spam folder.

  And if you still haven't found the email, please contact us via [email protected].

Tickets

• Is it possible to issue an invoice for my order?

  Yes, it is possible to pay via invoice. Please, send your company details here and we will issue it for you:

  • • company name
  • • company address
  • • VAT number
  • • number and type of ticket(s) you're interested in

  As soon as we receive the payment, we'll send you a code to activate the ticket(s).

• How can I change the name in my ticket?

  You can easily change the name in the ticket in your ti.to account. Just log in and edit the attendee information. Pay attention that only the ticket buyer can do that.

• If I can’t attend the conference, can I give the ticket to my friend/colleague?

  Yes, you can. Simply log in to your ti.to account and re-assign the ticket to this person. Pay attention that only a ticket buyer can re-assign tickets.

Discounts, diversity scholarships, students, etc.

• Do you provide any group discounts?

  Yes, to get a group discount please click the ‘Order now’ button in the tickets section and choose “Team Ticket”.

  Please note that team tickets may be sold out, so it's best not to delay your purchase. Also, a team discount does not apply to Early Bird tickets as this is the lowest price we offer.

Live Stream

• How to access the stream?

  The conference will be streamed on a separate watch page. You’ll get the instructions on how to access it via email the day before and one more email on the day of the conference.

  Alternatively, you can access the watch page from the main conference website. Check the website on the conference day – there will be button 'watch livestream'. Click it and follow the instructions.

Recordings

• Will I get access to talk recordings and when?

  If you are a Multipass or Full ticket holder you'll get access to talk recordings immediately after the conference at gitnation.com.

  If you are a watch-only ticket holder you'll get access to talk recordings in around a month after the conference.

• How can I get access to Free Workshops recordings?

  The recordings will be published on gitnation.com and will be shared with Full ticket and Multipass holders within 3-4 weeks.

Workshops

• How can I participate in workshops?

  Free Workshops are the complementary part of Full Tickets. They will be run remotely via Zoom. The registration will be available via gitnation.com when we finalize the schedule of the workshops. You’ll get an email about that and the instructions on how to register 1 month before the first workshop.

  The recordings of most workshops will be shared with full ticket holders after the conference.

• What to do if the stream or Discord channel don’t work?
